1. Design Samples Delivery:
You’ll receive three initial design samples within 5-7 business days. (Turnaround times may vary depending on current workload.)
Select your preferred sample within 48 hours of receipt to move forward with revisions.

2. Edits & Revisions:
After selecting a design, you have 48 hours to provide your list of edits.
Enjoy up to two rounds of complimentary edits to ensure the design reflects your vision. Additional edit sessions are available at $30 per round.
If you would like to retain multiple design versions, please contact us for pricing details.

3. Page Options:
We offer three options for funeral program layouts:

  • 4 pages
  • 8 pages
  • 12 pages

Each option allows for customization based on your needs, including space for photos, tributes, and service details.

4. Optional Printing Services:
While we focus on design, you also have the option to handle printing through us for an additional fee.

  • Pricing ranges from $1 to $3 per booklet depending on the quantity and paper quality selected.
  • Printing costs will be calculated based on your specific requirements and can be discussed during the design process.

5. Communication:
Our studio is closed on weekends and holidays, so please plan accordingly when submitting edits or inquiries.
If the initial design samples do not meet your expectations, we offer a consultation via phone or video call to better understand your needs. (Consultation fees may apply depending on the scope.)

6. Final Design Delivery:
Once finalized, your funeral program will be delivered in high-resolution PDF format, suitable for printing. If you need additional formats (e.g., PNG or JPG), please specify during the design process.

7. Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for our design services. However, we can issue a credit toward future design projects in specific circumstances. Please reach out to us via email for inquiries.
