Full Website Design & Set Up

1. Design Samples Delivery:

• You will be able to review the website prior to launch date for review & revisions.
• Design Process can take atleast 45 days - 3 months to complete, depending upon information.

 

2. Edits & Revisions:

• After selecting a sample, you have 72 hours to submit your list of edits.
• Enjoy two rounds of free edits. Additional edit sessions are available at $30 each.

 

3. Communication:

• Please note that CREATED BY NELL is closed on holidays and weekends.
• If you're unsatisfied with the sample, we'll schedule a conference call to discuss your specific requirements. (Charges may apply.)

 

4. File Formats Offered:

• One FULL Website Design on your choice of platform.

 

Express Services:

There are NO express services availavle.

 

Refund Policy:

• We do not offer refunds for our services but may provide credit under certain circumstances. For inquiries, please contact us via email at createdbynell2021@gmail.com.

For our website design service, we ask for high-quality photos. Selfies or screenshots of products will not be accepted.

You are accountable for providing all written content, while CREATED BY NELL will handle the design aspect. We advise all clients to thoroughly proofread all text submissions, as we will not make corrections for grammar or spelling errors.
