• After selecting a sample, you have 48 hours to submit your list of edits.
• Enjoy two rounds of free edits. Additional edit sessions are available at $30 each.
• Contact us via email for pricing if you wish to keep multiple designs.

3. Communication:

• Please note that CREATED BY NELL is closed on holidays and weekends.
• If you're unsatisfied with the sample, we'll schedule a conference call to discuss your specific requirements. (Charges may apply.)

4. File Formats Offered:

• Your finalized design will be delivered in JPEG (Photo)

Express Services:

1. Design Samples Delivery:

• Expect delivery of three design samples within 5-7 business days. (Turnaround times may vary based on current workload.)
• Choose your preferred sample within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Edits & Revisions:

• Similar to Standard Services, enjoy two rounds of free edits.
• Additional edit sessions are available at $45 each.
• Contact us via email for pricing if you wish to keep multiple designs.

3. Communication & Availability:

• CREATED BY NELL  is closed on holidays and weekends.

Refund Policy:
